Materials & Care
The Nature of Solid Metal Our Series 01 collection utilizes solid copper, brass, and stainless steel. These are "living" materials designed to age with grace.
Maintenance To protect the precision-machined surfaces, we treat every object with a specialist microcrystalline wax. This creates a moisture-resistant barrier that lasts 3–12 months depending on handling.
- Daily Care: Wipe with a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust or fingerprints.
- Aging: Expect a natural deepening of color over time—copper will shift toward a warm terracotta, while brass takes on a rich, muted gold.
The Living Finish: Even if the natural patina is allowed to develop, it will look gracious and sophisticated. This surface change is purely aesthetic and will not affect the structural longevity or integrity of the solid metal.
Longevity: To stop the patina process and maintain a bright finish, simply re-wax twice a year.
